Contents of The Field Test!
When I made my field debut two weeks ago, I specified the flow of the day and the price, so I will omit it this time ☟
As I mentioned last time, it's a test or a real field lesson , measuring the effect after practicing for two months.
However, in Japan, it is impossible because it is a one-on-field lesson with 18 holes unless you pay a high price!
Here in the Philippines, the price is enough to be changed with $50!!
I think it's a place to worry about whether it's cheap or bad, so I 'll list the guidance on the field this time( `ー´)ノ
- One-on-one advice for students and coaches, with every shot and all holes. (Air Force City Golf Course is a Public course, so you can round from one person)
- Tee installation point, height advice.
- With a good bunker shot, He'll try the ideal shape and teach you. Of course, I praise it on the same as Captain Isoroku Yamamoto.
- Basically, it progresses with the first shot, but if you make a mistake with the first shot, you will practice with two or three strokes from the same point. (Use the first shot for the ball that progresses only by practice for the second and third shots)
- Guidance on the cause and improvement method of obvious miss shots on the spot.
- He also advises on the concept of course management.
- In green, He also teach and think about gradients, trends and countermeasures.
Consider The Points Of Reflection From the Last Time!
First of all, these are the points of reflection on 8/15 last time ☟
<Good points>
- The driver was much better than the practice area with almost no slices.
- The putter was almost without practice, but it's not bad.
- Recover drivers with good SW and PW accuracy and no distance.
<Bad points>
- There was a scene where 7 irons duffed and flew only a short distance
- When approaching, I flew 10 yards more than usual and became a bunker.
- An approach of less than 30 yards had a low trajectory and lacked accuracy.
<Issues up to this time>
- Stabilize hitting of 7 irons (eliminate duffing)
- Accurately hit a distance of 100 to 50 yards (PW, SW practice)
- Hit the ball with a high trajectory at short distances of less than 30 yards.
Points to reflect on this time
<Result of the task>
- Stabilize hitting of 7 irons (eliminate duffing)
→There was no duffing with 7 irons, but the direction was unstable.
-
Accurately hit a distance of 100 to 50 yards (PW, SW practice)
→Since I started to have my own club, I have been able to finely divide the sense of distance between PW, P / S, and SW. (Need to improve accuracy)
- In the approach, hit the ball with a high trajectory.
→There was still more about this (-_-;)
Even if I did it myself, I couldn't remember the shots that I was satisfied with, and I was lucky enough to get on the green, and I wasn't really satisfied(+_+)
<Good points>
- The driver was better than the practice area with almost no slices this time as well. (The effect of Dr. Nakamura's advice is enormous ◎)
- The FW recovers the best driver-poor distance. The forward led to my first birdie(*´▽`*)
- With the approach that jumped about 10 yards last time, hitting was suppressed.
<Bad points>
- An approach of less than 30 yards does not have a height, and there are doubts about how to use the body.
-
With putters, the distance is often too short, shifting to the right.
-
Insufficient practice of bunker shots in the first place( ;∀;)
-
Chip & Run is not done at all(*´Д`)
In the second field lesson, the following issues such as these are highlighted.
Personal Feeling Of 18 Hole Debut!
Although it was the same course, when I played the whole 18 holes, there were many points where I could feel new discoveries, challenges, and growth, and the field lessons were really meaningful time and pain.
- Walking on the 18th hole was especially physically tiring in the second half, leading to a decrease in concentration, which is also reflected in the numbers(@_@)
- Water repellent golf shoes required!!
- Feel the pressure of the front and back groups (*´з`)
- When you cross a tree 20 yards away and use it on the green, you will know one way to use the FW by using a FW that can give a height (7W is used this time) and putting it on the green as ideal.
- When it was less than 4m high and about 130 yards to the green, when flying 100 yards with a punch shot, the head of 7I was about 80 degrees against the ground, and when the angle was maintained and hit the ball, a 100-yard punch shot with low trajectory came out.
↑ This is what I actually struck with the image that "If you hit the shaft with this strength and the same movement as a table tennis drive with this head angle, you will get such a ball." So at the same time I feel the fun of hitting.
"On the contrary, if you close the head about 10 degrees (bend your left hand about 10 degrees) and hit it in the same way, it will be a draw with a low trajectory, in baseball it will be a curve ?!" Know that there is a hitting that can handle various situations.
I realize that this is exactly the trick that Dr. Nakamura said the day before.
- My putt has a habit of going to the right
- A little less than 1 foot of putter practice is required (with a success rate of 95% or more within 1 Ft)
-
The failure of the approach and putt caused a lot of loss on the green, so I realized the importance of short distance again.
In addition to this, I noticed a little bit , but in summary, I would like to spread the fact that the result of golfing amateurs taking two months of golf personal lessons in the Philippines this time is more spread throughout Japan.
In other golf blogs, I have read that it is absolutely impossible to cut 100 if an amateur practiced for about two months, but I should not be the only one who feels that it is not impossible if I take this lesson in the Philippines.
I practiced 5 or 6 times a week for the past two months (except for the rest period due to low back pain), I learned by watching YouTube in my free time, I got a lot of advice and guidance from Dr. Nakamura, and as a result of writing this golf blog instead of golf notebooks and focusing on golf 105.
I think I've been able to get numerical results for the two-month lesson.
