Progress of Hitting 2 Balls!
Compared to Japan, here in the Philippines (especially Clark Area, where I live now), I have never seen toys and items for golf practice being sold.
So, I’m referring to the practice method that you can learn variously from YouTube, especially if you do not have to buy anything(; ・`д・´)
The method and effect of this two-ball batting practice are as I posted the last time☟
It’s been a week since I started this practice,
but I’m a little addicted because this is a fun practice again (*´▽`*)
Because I was playing with the putter practice mat that was at home from childhood, and I loved putter golf, so this practice is quite fun ( *´艸`)
Putting practice and approach practice are always divided 30 minutes each time.
I managed to take these two subjects to a success probability of more than 80%, and when I round, I want to hit it with confidence.
Progress After 10 Days Of One-Handed Swing Practice!
I am gradually starting to hit exactly, but it is still low in probability.
I want to get zero miss shots at the round, so I’m going to keep it for two weeks, but I’ll stay in every routine after that period.
I understand that my body is inferior to the right arm and right leg in the innervation of the left arm and left leg by playing soccer.
Because I am right-handed, I use almost only my right arm and legs.
In human science, nerve cells are almost even on the left and right,
We are not 100% able to use that nerve.
For example, if you are right-handed, the nerve control rate of the right arm is 80%,
and the left arm is 40%.
So, in my case, I feel that it is quite easy to hit on the right side, and in golf, the right hand is close to being attached, so I am allocating time with the aim of hitting perfectly with my left arm.
Nowadays, if the right arm takes 10 minutes, the left arm spends three times as long.
This is also done in about the time “I want to practice a little more” so that the left elbow and left shoulder do not break down.
This will help maintain the motivation for the next practice.
What I’ve noticed since the last time
“When I’m on my right arm, the ball goes up high.”
This means that...
My right hand is in my palm before the impact.
"The head is hitting the ground at an angle close to parallel.”
I noticed that, so I was conscious of not bending my hands, but it was heavy and I couldn’t help but bend my hands.
So, in order to make an impact before giving in to the palm of your hands,
Make hip turns faster!
It is a practice of the right arm with this in mind.
