【Challenge Under 100 Score In Half A Year Of Golfing! 】Strengthening The Approach!
[Table of contents]
- Strengthen Less Than 80 Yards With SW!
- Soak Your Distance Into Your Body With A Putter!
In the final part of the previous graduation field test, I strongly regret that I made a mistake in the approach and missed a birdie or par due to lack of sense of distance with a putter (-_-;)
It's been almost a month since the final edition, but I still have some regrets(-_-メ)
Strengthen Less Than 80 Yards With SW!
In recent practice, the warm-up routine is to start with 5 yards, gradually increase the distance from a short distance to 10, 15, 20, 50, 80, 180 yards, and then make a full swing.
If I don't accept with hittings, I'll continue to hit some more, so it will take more than 30 minutes just for this warm-up.
By the way, one practice time is 2 hours and 5 times a week, which is consistent from the first day of the lesson on June 16th. Occasionally there is a weekend of 2 hours in the morning + 2 hours in the afternoon.
It's been about a month since I continued to do this, so I've come to be able to approach less than 30 yards in a stable manner. It's rarely duffing (@_@)
In this approach, in order to improve the accuracy, I try to hit carefully while thinking about each hit.
Soak Your Distance Into Your Body With A Putter!
This is also thoroughly strengthened like the approach. Seriously strengthened.
<Two hours of practice since the beginning of September>
- 30 minutes 5-80, 180 yards warm-up
- 30 minutes. The purpose of the day's practice (emphasis on hip rotation, finish consciousness, takeback tempo consciousness, distance signboard, etc.
- 30 minutes putting practice
- 30 minutes Practice the part of the day again
With that said, it's not that I haven't practiced driver and woods at all, but I really hit 10 shots. There are even weeks when I don't hit at all.
The priority of long-distance practice is set so low.
The putting practice area is reserved, so make full use of it for 30 minutes each time!
There are 4 holes (pictured above) on a small mountain in the center so you can practice tilting☝
I can sensuously remember how much force is applied when there is such an inclination and how much the ball muscles flow.
Well, with the contents like this
I also keep in mind what percentage of the current situation I hit 10 balls each time.
By the way, at a distance of 6 steps, about 20% of the holes are now in the hole, and 80% of them stop at around 1m.
