The Result of Making a Basic Swing Foundation!
I have been practicing since the last post so that I can input the basic golf swing into my body and brain again .
I will write it down because I had a little sense when I synchronized the one-handed batting practice for about three weeks and this basic swing☟
-
In order to be aware of the basic swing, practice with the image of fixing the upper body and turning on the spot at first.
- If you get used to it, take back will feel natural if you are aware of the navel when increasing the swing width.
- It's an image of spinning around from the waist on the spot, but it feels natural to me if I'm conscious of hitting with the navel facing forward.
- When the consciousness to keep the head and turn from the waist is weak, there is a high probability that a miss shot will occur.
- At the end of the hit, when the navel faces the grip, the right foot naturally stands on the toes.
- Perhaps because of the effect of one-handed striking, after the striking is finished, the finish is weakened and a natural finish is formed.
I wonder if the effect of one-handed striking appeared here (*´з`)
Well, the original purpose of one-handed practice is to become a shot maker (;'∀')
Basic Swing & Left-Hand-Only Strike!
I always practice one-handed striking, so I feel like I'm getting used to one-handed swing.
Even so, I'm still only able to hitting straightly about 60 to 70% (*‘∀‘)
However, it's fun to practice hardly if you feel that you're gradually hitting it!
Basic Swing & Right-Hand-Only Strike!
Since the right hand is a dominant arm, I try to make an impact from the takeback consciously saying “Do not hit with arm power!” every time.
In addition, the advice of Dr. Nakamura that it is important to check in the video every time that “the angle of the elbow at the time of impact does not become straight and remains bent” is also continuing.
As was the case in soccer, practicing left foot, which is not a dominant leg, is not easy to kick at first and it is frustrating, but when you can perform as you imagine, it will be fun to practice hard.
And that difficult practice is the confidence.
I only practice putting and swinging with one hand at this driving range, but I don't care about the surroundings and just continue thinking about it!
