Anxiety that Golf Beginners Have 【Resolve the Feelings of Beginners in Various Situations! 】
Hello, this is CLARD!!
If you just started playing golf, you basically don't know anything (*´Д`)
I don't always practice with golfers, and I don't like asking questions about anything because I think it's stupid...
I understand that feeling!
I'm a beginner in golf, so I have some worries and anxieties, but I'm still playing golf for 4 months, so I can relate to it.
Still, let's find your own way of dealing with it little by little and improve together at the fastest speed (^^)/

What Do You Bring to the Driving Range?
Things that should never be forgotten.
those are,
”Motivation” & “Golf set” !
Our concentration doesn't last for hours!
So, if you set today's task and decide the practice time for one hour or two hours, you can concentrate on golf practice during that time!
The effect of practice and training that does not have feelings, that is, low consciousness practice, is still poor
"Let's overcome this today!"
"Let's improve the success rate of the approach by 10%!"
Feelings for such practice should be included.
Even I, an amateur, can understand a person who is just swinging in a careless manner.
In addition, shoes that are getting worn out are enough because they are hit in the practice area !
You don't have to buy even cheap sneakers to practice (^_-)-☆
Let’s take it easy★
However, if you are practicing alone, you should have a golf club set .
I can't borrow it from my friends forever, so if you buy a used golf partner for beginners, your feelings will be turned on!
My Finger Hurts if I Keep Hitting it!
Perhaps many golf beginners are experiencing it.
The skin of my right thumb is peeled off and it is fiercely bad (*´Д`)
I didn’t like this, and when I was little, I hated golf.
My fingers hurt, the club was heavy and I couldn't shake it, and it was totally boring (; ・`д・´)
Also, the root of my thumb hurts, but I soon got used to it.
However, if the skin of my thumb is peeled off, it hurts for a while and the club cannot shake.
If you feel uncomfortable, apply taping or adhesive plaster as soon as possible!
It is not something that can be managed by guts.
The grip is simply wrong.
Since I reviewed the grip as a result of this, my thumb hasn't hurt at all!
Don't Know How to Practice Golf!
At first, all levels are low so I don't know where to start!
In such a case
- Get objective guidance from a friend who has experience playing golf
- Take professional lessons
These two choices are important.
It’s not bad for amateurs to watch their videos and try and test, but that takes too long. Time cost is super bad!
If so, it is still better to ask a friend to guide you.
That said, my friend is also a teaching pro, so I strongly think that it is better not to trust everything. (Opinions of those who are researching golf should be referred to.
If you have enough money, you should be the first to ask a teaching pro to teach you!
In other words, you go to a golf school immediately after the start.
This is the same for any sport.
Learning the real teachings is the fastest way to grow, even if you pay for the basics .
And when you can find a problem yourself, you can look at YouTube and your videos and find a way to practice.
How Often Do You Practice?
This is not possible in general because everyone has a different schedule, but if you have time, physical strength, money, it is also easy to practice six times a week!
On the contrary, about 1 or 2 weeks is too short for golf beginners.
Let us once again recognize that we are beginners.
There is a growth curve for study, sports, and investment.
It is generally said that it takes 1000 hours to realize that you have grown.
Even with a simple calculation
2 hours practice x 4 days a week x 4 weeks = 32h
32h x 12 months = 384h
Even if you do this, it will take about 390 hours a year.
So, as a beginner, I want to continue at least 3 days a week for half a year (*´з`)
Worried About the Eyes Around Me in the Practice Area ...
The sound of duffing, the missed swing, the awkwardness of the ball flying right beside ... …(*´Д`)
There are many!!!!!!
Even if you hit a ball like a fool, let's concentrate on the next ball without worrying about it(^^)/
Golf is fortunately a sport that starts zero again after one hole.
It’s important to change your mind.
When I got used to practice, I practiced hitting one hand while learning from the advice of my seniors.
This is the hard work.
I have also hit the ball dispenser in front of me *1
Still, around. I only have to continue the practice I’ve imposed on me.
"The people around you are not as interested in you as you think."
When I read this sentence in some book, I was blown away.
That's why I can do what I want to do, both in golf practice and in my life.
