【Golf Beginner Lesson】Selfie is Essential to Achieve Results!!
Hello, this is CLARD!
I'm still a beginner in golf, but every time I practice, I take a selfie and go home and skip my swing.
This is what I learned from my remote teacher, and I have been faithfully implementing it since the beginning of golf.
In particular, golf is a sport in which a beautiful form tends to accompany your ability, so I realize that it is important to look at yourself objectively rather than subjectively!
Now that everyone has a smartphone that allows them to take beautiful pictures, taking a selfie and bridging the gap between subjective and objective will lead to growth (^_-)-☆

3 Benefits of Taking A Selfie
Why should We take a selfie?!
- You can see your swing objectively
- Issues are visualized.

You can see your swing objectively
There is a gap between your image and your swing as seen by others .
For example, it is common for beginners
" Head up just before the impact .
I don't think I've raised this problem, but when I look at it objectively, it's raised just before that!
It's very annoying, but I also taught golf to others for the first time this time, but even if I don't notice it, I can see quite a lot when I look at it objectively ( *´艸`)
※Basically, we do not recommend coaching by just anybody. We recommend the guidance of a professional coach!
Issues are visualized
When you notice the gap between your image and your objective view, then
"My challenges" will be highlighted .
If you are a beginner, you will have a lot of challenges, but if you are aware of a lot of logic at once, your head will get flat and you can't play golf!
Let's steadily improve one by one ☆
I did, too,
For beginners
"Turn around from the waist"
"Striking with a twist of the waist"
Is quite a hurdle(-_-;)
People who have good teaching methods will teach you in different words, but you still can't really relate with them(-ω-)/
In my case , I fell in love with "turning the navel firmly from the back to the front" ,
so when I taught it exactly as it was, my friend also hit a nice and good ball(^_-)-☆
My growth leads to motivation
You can feel your growth by collecting and looking back at your swing one month ago, two months ago, and half a year ago!
During that time, I struggled with this, but now when I realize that I am working on a more delicate and advanced task, I feel that human beings are growing and it is fun to tackle the next task.
Also, it may be an unexpected hint if you look back when you hit a new wall or when something is wrong(^_-)-☆
What You Can See by Teaching
This time, my friend asked me to tell what I learned in my personal lesson, so I reconfirmed my headkeeping by sharing knowledge, and I taught three ways to approach my hips.
When you output, you will look back on the scene when you were taught, so you will look back on yourself while remembering it again.
You can see if you are well done now, or if you were like this at that time, and I will try to teach you in an easy-to-understand manner.
That said, as I said earlier,
Guidance is the best from a professional coach. ('◇')ゞ
