【ゴルフ初心者ブログ】フィリピンキャディーさんと初対決！！
こんにちわCLARDです！
フィリピンに戻ることを前提に一時帰国してたので、国内滞在中にフェイスブックで異常なほど多くのフィリピン人と繋がりました。その中でゴルフ繋がりの方も勿論いたわけで国内では一度だけ海外交流試合してます(^^♪
今回もフェイスブックで繋がったフィリピン女子との対戦です！しかもこの子はトップ画像を見てもわかる通り、かなりカワイイです( *´艸｀)だから対戦するんです！事前情報ではこんな感じ↓
昨年のフィリピン女子とでは日本にいたのに先方３人で完全なるアウェー状態。今回はタイマン勝負なので絶対に負けられません(; ･`д･´)
尚且つベストスコアは毎回狙いたいです！
試合会場は先月ひとりでプレーした雑草フェアウェイのAir force City GCです。
結果はというと…
「久々の９０台前半！日本代表の私の勝利です( ^)o(^ )」
まあ私のスコアだけ見てても面白くないですから、画像多めで今回は記事作ります！
フィリピンでは６月から雨季が始まり、10月初旬まで続きます。確かにここ数日夕方からスコールが１時間くらい振る日が続いたおかげで先月同コースはハゲ散らかしているようなフェアウェイでしたが結構きれいに雑草がまとまっていました。
最近、他ゴルフ場も視察しましたが日本の平均以上のコースもあるのでこのAir Forceだけが特別に雑なんだと知りました。ちなみに視察したコースの中では
タイガーウッズがプレーしたコース、アジア大会も開催されたコース
もあり中々ハイクオリティなコースが多かったです！

＜総評＞
- 初心者向けコースなので河川敷コースみたいにフラット
- 雨季になり草が育ちフェアウェイが剥げてるエリアは大体２～３割
- この日もプレーヤーは少なくグリーンはきれい
- お1人様も多く、基本みんな手引きカート利用
- キャディさんの質はまちまち。キャディーフィーは最低1,000円
- 市内から車で15分、クラーク空港から車で10分と立地は抜群！
- 毎回タクシー利用だが、タクシーが見つけやすい！
この日は行きつけの練習場で30分練習してからタクシーでコースに向かいました。
時間帯は朝8時45分スタートで、一組だけ韓国人のフィールドレッスンがいただけ。
ここでも強調したいのが、
フィリピンのフィールドレッスンは基本マンツーマン！
しかも当コースだと人も少ないのでじっくりフィールドレッスンが受けられるのが最強です！このおかげで私も一気に成長しました(^_-)-☆
ウッドの反省
- １Wのティーショットは６～７割の成功確率
- 中盤戦で７ｗのヘッドが素振りしてて吹っ飛んだ！
- ７ｗが得意な私、ここから200ヤード前後のショットはクリークに代替
- クリークを触ったことが無く、２ショット共にダフる
ちなみに同ホール、ミカエラのティーショットを見てみましょう( *´艸｀)
彼女はまだまだ練習中で、この日のティーショットは８割強がゴロ球になっちゃってて、やっとナイスショットが出て笑みがこぼれてます(*'▽')
アイアンの反省
指３本分短く持ち、９時のふり幅です
- 初代フィリピンコーチからの助言で「エアフォースはグリーンが重いからランニングアプローチで攻めたほうがいい」これを徹頭徹尾、実行。
- この日のセカンドショットは良くもなく、ややショートが多い。
- しかし、最近アプローチ練習に集中しているせいか１クラブ以内に寄せられた
- セカンドのミスをアプローチで完全にリカバリーした感ある
- ロングアイアンはまだまだ練習しないとならない
同ホール、ミカエラのアイアンを見てみます( *´艸｀)
（フィリピン人は足がキレイだけどお腹が出る体型の子がかなり多いです）
では、次行ってみよーぅ！( ｀ー´)ノ
パッティングの反省
- 約一か月前に使ったコースで、なんとなくグリーンがどれだけ重いかは記憶にあった
- この日のアプローチが１クラブ以内に寄せられることが多く１パットで沈めてパー６回！
- トータルパット数も３２。昨年の平均パット数が３９．６だったので改善してきている。
- このパット数、とスコアの改善の要因は何と言っても「アプローチでどこまで寄せられているか」
今回の反省点を考察
- スタート時間が40分遅れ再び猛暑の中、歩き続け後半に集中が欠ける場面があった
- 集中が欠けると決まって何かしらの著しいミスが生じる
- とは言え、今回は今の自分が90切り達成するには「アプローチとパッティング」がカギだと明確になった
今回は中盤で頼みの７Wがぶっ壊れるというイレギュラーが起きたがアプローチは順調。問題なのは
- 180ヤード前後のショットを５I、６Iで練習続けるか、５Uをフィリピンでも購入するか。
- ７Wの代わりに４U、３Uを新規購入するか
ゴルフって金掛かりますね(*'▽')

Overview of 4 Types of Putters
For me who played soccer, there are too many types of golf gear(;'∀')
I was really in trouble at the sales floor…
However, I had roughly grasped the characteristics in advance and somehow narrowed down to this, so I was able to make a trial hit at the spot and decide.
The four general characteristics are as follows ☟
＜Pin Type Putter＞
- The shape of the head is close to a rectangle
- Easy head control
- If you didn't hit the core, the head will easily shake, so practice is required.
＜Mallet Type Putter＞
- Round shape on the other side of the face
- Easy to give direction with a heavy head
- The ball go straight even if you hit it lightly
＜Neo Mallet Type Putter＞
- The head is even larger than the mallet type
- Easy to roll in the intended direction even if the core is removed
- Strong against mistakes with a large head!
＜L-Shaped Putter＞
- There is a shaft at the end of the head like an iron
- Putting is possible with the same feeling as AW
- Face control is difficult
From these characteristics, golf beginners will go for
"Mallets" or "Neo-mallets".
In particular, Neo Mallet has a cool naming and looks cool(^_-)-☆
The Decisive Factor When Purchasing a Putter
As I said this conclusion at the beginning, but I will say it again,
It’s a “Feeling” !
Don't think, FEEL!!

We, golf beginners, have no choice but to find and practice a putter that will make up for our shortcomings ( ｀ー´)ノ
By the way, it was like this as a feeling of trial hitting☟
（Excluding L-type）
・Pin type putter
→There is not much change from using it now
・Mallet type putter
→It feels a little heavy, but it feels like it’s gripped, and the weight is just right.
・Neo mallet type putter
→I feel a gap in the extreme weight, probably because it was light so far.
So I bought this!
I’m the sensitive type of person!
Purchase what was in the reference material as it is!
In other net information, there was an introduction of the neck shape and more detailed putters, and there was a detailed explanation of how to hit.
To be honest, information overload is awkward for me and it’s so bothersome to read!
So I bought it quickly and practice!!
It is a challenge under 90 score in one year of golf history during the three consecutive battles until August 1st!
【ゴルフ初心者ブログ】死ぬほどバンカー多いビバリープレイスGC！
こんにちわCLARDです！
フィリピンに戻って来てからゴルフ場も練習場も格安なので今のところ思う存分に練習も筋トレもやれてます( ｀ー´)ノこれだからフィリピン生活止められません( *´艸｀)
しかもこっちでは１Bでも追加料金無しなので今回も一人でラウンドです！
ちょっと寂しさはありますがその分キャディーさんもマンツーマンになるのでまあ楽しく回れます。そして他のヒトを待たすプレッシャーもゼロ！
で、今回はフィリピンコース２カ所目。
こちらのコース、一言で言うと…
「バンカー死ぬほど多い！」です。
私の初代フィリピンコーチからバンカーのイイ練習になるよと言われましたが実際にラウンドしているとホントーに多いです(-_-;)
ことごとくバンカーにハマりバンカーからバンカーにという展開も結構ありましたね。
先週のコース↓
前回はフェアウェイが芝というかむしろ単なる草状態でしたが、ココは打って変わってかなりキレイなコースだったのでご紹介します(*'▽')

ここから見える限りでも６カ所あります！
90切りが目の前の目標なので、ボギーオンで回りたいけどこんなんじゃグリーン手前に落としたらほぼバンカー行き確定です。私の選択肢としては花道に落とす、グリーン手前に落とす、もしくはグリーン狙いの３択です(; ･`д･´)
★→Good ☆→Bad
こんな所住んでたら生きた心地しません( ;∀;)
＜総評＞
- 知人によるとここはプロツアーでも使われるほどのコースレベル
- 確かにフェアウェィ（バミューダ芝）、グリーンともに日本のコースと同じくらいキレイ！
- 全コースに大量のバンカー！（基本はフラットなので多くの罠がある）
- さらに大きな池も点在している
- 170ヤード弱のアイランドグリーンはモチベ上がります！
- エントランス、レセプション、キャディ全ての応対がとても丁寧でした( ^)o(^ )
- ロッカールーム、シャワーともにそこらの日本コースよりもキレイ！
- このエリアでは人気コースなのでラウンドでは結構詰まってました
けど、道に迷い、渋滞にハマり15分遅れで到着…。
けどこの時点で15分遅れていて私のメンタルはイライラ最高潮( ｀ー´)ノ
「受付済ませておいでや！」って展開。何ともスピーディー！
（本施設内には練習場もパタ練もできます）
ここで驚いたのが、キャディさんが私のカバンを勝手に開けてティーやらボールも自分のポーチに入れて準備万端状態！
プレーヤーはホントに打つだけに集中させてくれるので超助かります(*'▽')
日本以上のオモテナシ、そんな最高の状況下で私のスコアが90切れないわけがありませんね！
で！結果がこれです↓
二回連続の１０６…。
私は案外メンタル弱いのかもしれません。
道中のイライラ、練習無し、やたら待つラウンド。まあ逆に言えば難しい丘陵コースでも、平坦なコースでも安定の100前後。
結構嬉しくありません(*´з`)
ウッドの反省
「またバンカー入ってるで！」って…( ;∀;)
- 新１Wの感覚が掴めてきている
- ただ、このコースだとちょいミスしただけでバンカー行き
- ７Wも悪くなかったが、コース確認不足で池に突っ込んだ
アイアンの反省
まくっているので集中しましたー！
- このコースのフェアウェィはとっても打ちやすいのが記憶にあります
- その分ミスショットするとバンカーの餌食になりまくりです
- バンカーも表面はとても柔らかいのですが、２センチ下は硬かったり、４センチ下まで柔らかかったりとバラバラでいい経験になりました( ;∀;)
- フィリピンの午前11時までは芝がまだ湿っているが、午後になると乾燥してくるのでランニングアプローチが比較的有効になってくる。
特に強調したいのが、
「１８０ヤード前後に大きなハザード、２３０ヤードあたりだとバンカー」
がうようよするコースが多かったので１７０ヤード飛ばす番手（私は５か６I）が頻出するコースでした！
ここを攻略するには１７０ヤードの正確性とバンカーのスキルアップだと確信( ｀ー´)ノ
パッティングの反省
- ピン型に戻ってからダフリは一回も無い
- 自分なりにラインを読んでいるのだが、変なところで急にクイっと曲がったりした場面あり
- とにかくココのグリーンは早いんだか、遅いんだか読みづらかった。
前回の反省点を考察
１、柔らかい１wに戻ったことでしばらく振り方を調整
→この一週間でストロングシャフトに変わったので打ちやすさはある。とは言え、前半にミスが集中するので前半もう少し力を抜いてケガショットを減少させる。
２、芝の上からでも、ダフルことがあり余計にスコアをロスした。特に７iは飛びすぎた感がある
→大きなダフリは少なかった。ただ、バンカーが多くどこに落とすべきか悩んだ結果グリーン周辺のバンカーにはまる事が多かった。
こちらのコースが景色もよく、施設内もとてもキレイ、私の場所からも車で３０分と遠くなくさらにリーズナブルなので人気コース！
こんだけキレイなゴルフコースがあることにとー－－ても安心しました(^^♪
一発でお気に入りのコースになったのは言うまでもありません。
既にもう一回行きたいくらいで、その時には170ヤードの精度とバンカー精度を上げて、人家に打ち込まないように気を付けたいです。
皆さんももしこのコースを使うときはバンカーと人家に気を付けましょう！

【Golf Beginner Driver】3 Points on How to Raise your Backswing Arm!

I'm addicted to golf now, which I couldn't think of a year ago☆
At the beginning, the most difficult thing in swinging a club was the "Driver".
The reason was simply the longest!
If you are a beginner in golf, you may relate with this.
It's the longest and lightest, so you can swing it around, but it doesn't fly straight(;´Д｀)
If the ball doesn't fly as you want,you'll get frustrated!
There was a video that introduced three important points that are easy with this driver, so I tried it.

- Stop the Body at an Angle of 9 O'clock

Turn to the Right with your Upper Body
To put it simply, this is
- From the buttocks, use your shoulders to face to the right (9 o'clock angle)
- At 9 o'clock, the hands, head and shaft are in a straight line
I was pointed out many times by my second master,
"When taking back, the left knee does not turn to the right, but to the right
Only back and forth movement. That’s it
Golf beginners want to be careful about this point and turn to the right( ｀ー´)ノ
Stop the Body at an Angle of 9 O'clock
- When taking back, it turns from the axis of the body, so no extra force is applied to the arm.
- The arms are straight, but it feels like following the flow of the trunk
Arms Rise Naturally
- The body speeds up a little and stops at an angle of 9 o'clock
- It means that only the arm naturally rises while riding at speed
- If the angle of the arm is attached, the flight distance is easy to come out.
I tried to hit it with reference only to what I can understand☟
When I tried it for the time being, for some reason there was a strong tendency to fly to the left.

If I did this, the street would fly more decently( 一一)
Well, just because you practiced doesn't mean that you'll get good results right away.
I also hit a reasonable number until the driver was able to fly straight to some extent ... I will practice for a while while being aware of the three points mentioned this time without being impatient with the results!
And I will only steadily level up for the 3rd consecutive battle in July(^_-)-☆
【Golf Beginner Irons Do Not Hit】Long Irons that are Difficult for Beginners

I noticed that it's been a year since I started playing golf on June 6th last week (*´▽｀*)
It's been a year, but I'm still a golf beginner (;'∀')
After all , I say "don't forget our first thoughts" in both work and sports .
After each practice, I always keep track of what I practised on this golf blog and what my next task is.
Around this time a year ago, I practised pro golf coach Thanks to you, I have achieved remarkable growth and returned to Japan, but I still remember being told such words by a professional coach at that time ☟
"Long irons are difficult to handle,
You should use it after you can hit it properly. "
I tried hitting it at that time, but I didn't feel like I could fly it at all(;´Д｀)
And what can be said for golf beginners,
"We don't have to use long irons! "
Because I didn't use long irons at all and didn't practice when I cut 100 in the first four months. I can say it!
However, I want to be able to use it as a weapon when I feel confident( ｀ー´)ノ

Long irons that I don't think We should buy at first.
After all, Yuka Saso won the championship, so I just watch YouTube(*´▽｀*)
The type of person who is producing results is the type that listens for the time being!
<Point>

Swung it to a place that is easy to swing according to your height.

The longer the club, the flatter the angle (shorter upright).
- Holds naturally against the club and swings naturally (not on the same trajectory as a short iron)
- Image to raise on the line of the shaft.
I think that the image raised on the 4th line can be conveyed by looking at the top image. This is ☟

Since the angle between the short iron and the long iron is different, the angle to raise can be different.
Although it looks extreme in the image, Yuka Saso tells us that the swing trajectory is different and it is better to swing naturally.
Personal Feeling of Long Iron
Hold it naturally.
Hold the iron firmly. (Wood is slightly soft)
I try to keep my left arm between my right shoulder and my head.
Also, don't forget the palm of your left hand!
Absolutely continue the palmar flexion of the left hand until the impact.
Oh,it feels good to hit!

When I put it into practice this time to be honest, I was able to fly straight with the same accuracy as other irons. I am aware of the reason for this success as follows☟
<Reason for success>
- I haven't forgotten the palm flexion of my left hand until the impact.
- Strongly conscious of turning from the waist with a downswing.
I was able to hit straight by doing these two points firmly!
And I remember the feeling of hitting that is clearly different from the middle iron.
This feeling of hitting is the image that "the feeling of repulsion of the ball" is felt through the shaft!
That said, the accuracy is still not high, so I will practice repeatedly until the match in July(^_-)-☆
【ゴルフ初心者スコア】フィリピンゴルフ凱旋！ビギナーにも安心安全でした！
こんにちわCLARDです！
遂に私のゴルフ発祥の地フィリピンに戻ってきましたー
ｷﾀ━━━━(ﾟ∀ﾟ)━━━━!!
出国する準備、到着してからこの約10日間、かなり忙しく過ごして筋トレも練習もろくに出来てません。
けど、打ちたいというモチベだけが高まっていてほぼ練習もせずにラウンドデビューしたコースに早速きてしまいました！
日本で使っていた本間ゴルフセットはDHLで送ると２万円くらいしますし、他の島も経由する旅程のため受託手荷物にするのもかなり面倒だったので送るのは諦めて次回一時帰国した時に持ってくることに。
という事で、フィリピンに約２年間保管していた初代ゴルフセットでプレーすることにしました。
日本でいいクラブを使い慣れてしまったせいか、
初代クラブセットを久々に握るとかなりの古臭さを実感してしまうのも否めません(-_-;)
フィリピンで使っているのがこちら↓
ぶっちゃけ、私の本間コンダクター、SIM、オデッセイ、ドルフィン達が既に恋し過ぎます…( ﾉД`)…
まあそれでも弘法筆を選ばずってことで、練習無しのぶっつけでいきなりコース行ってみたらこうなりました！
当日練習も無し、いきなり振るのは良くないもんだと今回実感しました…。
平坦でイージーなコースなんですが、100切れず。
まだまだ弘法にはなりきれません(-_-;)
海外の芝、環境、グリーン全てにおいて調整しながらのラウンドでしたのでまあしゃーないですね。
切り替えますが、反省はします(; ･`д･´)

AIr Force City GCの評価
ヤシの木が南国を感じさせます(^_-)-☆
約二年間、日本でろくに貯金もせずにラウンドと練習にお金と時間をかけて知見を高めてきました。
女子と遊ぶのが好きな私が全く遊ばず、ゴルフのみに注力してきました。（これはマジ話です）
そんな知見があるからこそ、コースが比較できる自分になっています。
あくまでこのコースは練習向けのコースなのでフィリピンのコースが全て今回述べる内容だと思わないでくださいね！って言うても私もまだ他コース知らないのでこれから回るんですけど(;^_^A
★→Good ☆→Bad
右は休憩スペース
＜総評＞
- 練習向けコースなのでフェアウェイでも芝が無い所が多い
- そのため土の上から打つ場面が多い
- とは言え、グリーンはキレイでボールマークは見当たりませんでした！
- イメージとしては河川敷のように基本フラットなコースでゴルフ初心者向け
- 左右のドックレッグもありそれなりに楽しめる
- 一般道路をぶち抜くホールもあり、車の往来が無い瞬間に打つという日本ではあり得ないスリルを味わえる！通行車に当てたらマジでヤバいです(-_-;)
- 練習場は無い！パター練のみ可能
- マンツーマンキャディシステムはやっぱりビギナーには超助かる！
傾斜も結構あってどんだけ走るのか全然参考にならない…
流れとしては、到着して受付にグリーンフィー支払ったらおばちゃんが直ぐに
「はいこれで直ぐプレーしていいよー！
キャディにはプレー後に言い値で支払っといてやー」
いやいや、ちと早過ぎやろ！しかも言い値って自由過ぎん！？
キャディさんはもう準備万端で待ってるし、俺がアップ出来てないし、せめてパタ練はやりたいから！
けどキャディさんが誰なのか結構気になり後ろを振り返ると、
とりあずオッサンキャディじゃなくて良かったー━━━━(ﾟ∀ﾟ)━━━━!!
色々と話していると個人情報がわかってきました↓
- 32歳の二児の母
- 旦那は一応働いている
- 同コースのキャディ歴12年
- 結構いいスタイルしている
- 平均スコアは90くらい
あとやっぱポニーテールっていいすね
ぶっちゃけマンツーで半日一緒にいるので、気分は悪くないですね。
ウッドの反省
調整しながらのティーショットが続きました…
- ビギナー向けの柔らかいシャフトに慣れず苦戦
- フェースを閉じすぎと感じるくらいだと真っすぐ飛ぶ
- 今回は７ｗも使用したが、インパクト音がコンダクターのチタン音とは大きく異なり鈍い音がする（やっぱりチタンの音が好きだなー）
- どのウッドもまだ距離感が掴み切れない、とりあえず真っすぐ飛ばす感覚を掴めた程度
アイアンの反省
- 自分に言い訳ですが、フェアウェイなのに草が無い場所が多く土の上から打つ場面が多い
- 土の上から打つのに苦戦してオンするのに結構ロスした
- 逆に草があるところは、長い草でアプローチの力感がマジでわからない！
- 今後、草を噛むことを想定してどれだけ余計に強く打つべきなのかラウンドして掴まなければならない
- ショートホールのティーショットは６Iも登場したが中々良いあたりで、これは自信に繋がった
パッティングの反省
いつもの１．５倍くらい強く打たないと届かない！
あ、でもちょっと反れてる…
- 国内最終戦でパッティングに自信を付けてきたのですが、グリーンの違いが大きく特に前半は距離が合わなかった
- パタ練の転がりと、コースの転がりが何か違う感じがする…
- オデッセイのマレットではダフリがあったが、ピン型だからなのかダフリは無くスムーズに振れる感覚を覚える。
前回の反省点を考察
１、ドライバーがいまいちフェアウェィキープできず、2ndにロスした感はある
→柔らかい１wに戻ったことでしばらく振り方を調整する必要あり。
２、100ヤード未満のアプローチでは精度がまだ低く安定的に確実にショットできるようにしたい
→芝の上からでも、ダフルことがあり余計にスコアをロスした。特に７iは飛びすぎた感があるので全アイアンの距離感を再確認する必要がある。

フィリピンに戻ってきて困ったのが、
「スコア管理と距離計測」
今までは楽天GORAアプリに頼っていたんですが、なんと海外コース適用外！
探すと海外コースも対応可能なのが
ゴルフネットワークプラス！！
＜特徴＞
- 海外は３０，０００コースに対応！
- スコア管理は他アプリ同様に簡単に入力可能
- 距離計測は海外コースでは限定的ぽい
いずれにしてもスコア管理が出来るのはありがたいですね( ^)o(^ )
これを使って週末はガチガチ色んなコース回りまくって行きます！
