【Golf Beginner Driver】Driver Practice Method that has Produced Results!
Hello, this is CLARD!
I am practicing improving the driver at the explosion speed referring to YouTube for the president’s showdown in April ( `ー´)ノ
From my first Filipino teacher, Mr. Popoy
“Practice of hitting only the same club is not good.
Golf is a sport that uses various clubs.
Hit without bias during practice. "
I was told, but recently I've been super-focusing on the driver!
The results have come to light, and my senses have clearly changed (^_-)-☆
As a point,
it is "Rotation speed of the waist"

Change the Rotational Speed of the Waist to Increase the Meet Rate!
Twisting the waist is important! I think that every golf beginner has the experience of being taught. But it's not something that can be embodied.
I truly understand this!
However, I was made to feel it keenly in this driver practice. After all it was important ( ゚Д゚)
And to put it simply,☟
<Before>
Be conscious of backswing from the waist and rotating from the waist in the target direction.
<After>
The same until the backswing, when turning in the target direction, I was conscious of making the waist a little stronger and faster.
(At this time, the force focuses on the lumbar region, and it swings naturally if both arms are not particularly conscious)
With this improvement, the probability of flying in the direction of the target has increased and a straight ball has come out!
although,
The previous meet rate is 20% → about 30 to 40% after improvement.
One-legged Basic Training
As a result of this practice and increasing the rotation speed and strength of the waist, I interpret that the meet rate has increased.
After all, the rotation of the waist is an important point, isn’t it?(^_-)-☆
The following two are examples of failures that can be seen at the finish☟
The ideal finish of this practice was like this☟
What you’ll see from here
- The left foot is touching the ground because almost the weight remains on the right foot.
- The upper body and head remain directly above the right foot.
This practice is easy if you just hit it, but it will be unexpectedly unpleasant if you practice while thinking because it will stagger at the finish(*´▽`*)
