I was told, but recently I've been super-focusing on the driver!

The results have come to light, and my senses have clearly changed (^_-)-☆

Twisting the waist is important! I think that every golf beginner has the experience of being taught. But it's not something that can be embodied.

 

I truly understand this!

 

However, I was made to feel it keenly in this driver practice. After all it was important ( ゚Д゚)

And to put it simply,☟

 

<Before>

Be conscious of backswing from the waist and rotating from the waist in the target direction.

 

<After>

The same until the backswing, when turning in the target direction, I was conscious of making the waist a little stronger and faster.

(At this time, the force focuses on the lumbar region, and it swings naturally if both arms are not particularly conscious)

The previous meet rate is 20% → about 30 to 40% after improvement.

 

One-legged Basic Training

It is a one-legged batting practice that I started from this month.

As a result of this practice and increasing the rotation speed and strength of the waist, I interpret that the meet rate has increased.

You don't have to shake it with all your strength, focus on hitting with your weight on your right foot

This practice is easy if you just hit it, but it will be unexpectedly unpleasant if you practice while thinking because it will stagger at the finish(*´▽`*)
