How To Do One-Handed Swing!

The style of one hand swong (Right hand case)

<Notes common to the left and right>

  • Irons use PW or 9I.
  • Tee up a little.
  • The position of the ball is at the center.
  • Foot width is slightly narrower than shoulder width.
  • At first, start the swing width from 8 to 2 o'clock → Once you get used to it, make your  swing width from 9 to 3.
  • Be aware of hip turns (rotation of hips) rather than from the waist.
  • Hit on a mat when you get used to it.
  • Immediately after the start, it's a stressful practice method, such as swinging in the air, but in about a week you'll be able to hit it well, so do your best!

  • First put your left hand on your right elbow.
