A Day of Agricultural Work That You Can Do! 【Agriculture Blog】
Hello, this is CLARD!
I returned from the Philippines temporarily, and immediately after living in isolation, I am working as a part-time worker at a farm near Narita Airport!
Whatever work or part-time job you do every day for the first month comes with a little tension. Especially the first week is the time when the first impression of human beings is decided, and the tension is MAX(+_+)
Under such a reason, there was an agricultural part-time job that I imagined. It is quite fun than you think you will actually experience it than watching it on TV(*´▽`*)

Agricultural Part-time Job According to the Image
The farm I work for mainly deal with carrots, but we also handle sweet potatoes and burdock.
It is the harvest time of carrots at the time of year, so I study on YouTube to some extent in advance and work hard for the part-time job.
Still, I had this as an image of a carrot field☟
- Carrots piled on baskets seem to be quite heavy ……(-_-;)
- Work in the fields in rainy weather ( ;∀;)
- A heartwarming atmosphere during breaks
- Sometimes there are non-standard vegetables(*‘∀‘)
Exactly, carrots piled up in the basket are heavy as expected!!
It has a delicious color, but
When loaded in a basket, it weighs about 25 to 30 kg (-_-;)
Carry 15 baskets in 30 minutes
And since it is Friday of the first week that I was doing this work almost all day, it seems that this work will be continued until next week.
You can train your spine, legs, and forearms!!
Work in rainy weather is basically indoors!
As expected, I don't work outside in the rain. Agriculture is a work that depends on the weather, so when it rains, work is done in the rain, but in some cases it may be a holiday, so it seems better to work while you can during the season!
Image of an old lady having tea in the middle of the field during breaks
There was, but that’s exactly right!!
You don’t know until you experience this, but it’s a transcendental atmosphere (*´▽`*)
After a series of hard work, my body wants green tea for some reason! The rice crackers and green tea during breaks are really the best moment (^_-)-☆
There are more non-standard vegetables than I expected!
In Japan, if it's not in a beautiful shape, it can't be sold in stores, so if it's deformed even just a little, it's treated as a B rank product.
However, there should be sexy shape vegetables in radishes and carrots…(*ノωノ)
!!!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately I couldn't find any female carrots …(+_+)
About Day Schedule
Roughly the flow of the day ☟
8am Attendance (near a 10-minute walk from a live-in dormitory)
Start work in the morning
10am 30-minute break
10:30am Resume work in the morning
12nn Lunch Break (Back home)
1pm Start working in the afternoon
3pm 30-minute break

That’s all.
In the case of Mr. Takijima, it is very favorable, and the actual working hours per day is 8 hours because a small break in the morning and afternoon will be included in the actual work.
In addition, even though they run the farm as a family business, they pay their families, and thoroughly clean the agricultural equipment that they do not use (more than 90% of farmers do not implement these two points). They are excellent farmers!
It's only been a week since I started, but every day is exciting and I can really enjoy this agricultural part-time job ☆
