At the time of the course debut last week, and during the practice so far, it was scattered

 

"Tendency to fly to the right”

 

This was a frequent problem before, but it’s still on the right(;'∀')

At that time, I was cured, but for some reason it was a major cause that exceeded 100 thanks to flying to this right in last week’s course due to a recurrence.

 

So how do we fix this?

”Hit the ball in a straight track”

that’s it!

However, it is golf that cannot be well embodied!

Why Do We Hit to the Right?

<Cause of Hitting to the Right>

  1. The palm flexion of the left hand disappears with a downswing (the face opens and impacts )
  2. The trajectory of the club is from the inside to the outside. When this becomes extreme, it becomes a shank (flying to the right because the face is open)
  3. In the first place , the stance was degenerated into a gorilla address.

Takeback

In takeback, the angle between the back and face can be kept parallel

Downswing

The orientation of the face is out of parallel with the back and is perpendicular to the ground✖

In other words, at this point, the face is already open and ready to hit(-_-;)

 

as a side note,

Green line → Waist is in front✖

Green 〇 → The head is moving forward ✖

 

Every time I analyze my swing like this and explain it logically, I can understand the cause and find a solution(*´▽`*)

 

How to Practice

1、Swing 1, 30 to 50 yards (swing width at 9 to 3 o’clock) so that the distance between your hands and stomach does not change during the swing. It stopped at 3 o’clock and confirmed with a sense of distance.

Take back up to 9 o’clock (the distance between your hands and stomach is constant)

Finish at an angle of 3 o’clock. If you can keep the distance between your stomach and hands at this time, it’s OK!

 

2、Set the swing width to 2 o’clock and make it a trajectory that goes out to the left shoulder
