【How to Improve Golf Beginners】The Match with My Teacher on a Short Course -Part 2-

f:id:CLARDSATO:20210312112718j:plain

Hey! Short course is too fun( *´艸`)

Hello, this is CLARD(^_-)-☆

This is my first golf session with Mr. Nakamura, a golf doctor who has been teaching me remotely since June 2020!

In order to improve at the fastest speed,

“rounding a lot”

is one of the factors, so I go to the site within a range that is safe for budget( `ー´)ノ

By the way, as a result, I was able to turn at a pace that did not make my teacher wait!

And I remember taking two birdies and pars a few times.

In the first part of the teacher-student showdown, it was a “collection of things that could be done”, so the second part will spell out the failure as a “collection of future tasks”

King Kong Nishino says:

"Getting the data is not a failure,

Failure to obtain data is called failure."

I strongly agree.

  • Fade that Can Not be Done Yet
  • There is a Slight Duff

8 Iron Instability

f:id:CLARDSATO:20210312113855j:plain

It has been stable up to 9 irons, but the rate of failure is higher with 8 irons.

This time , the Sanwa Technical Golf Course (all short courses) in Ichihara City has a maximum length of 138 yards.

<Result>

  • My sense of distance is 130 yards with an 8-iron
  • PW, AW, 9I are reasonably stable shots
  • Missed shots were noticeable when it came to 8 irons

<Discussion>

  • I almost didn’t use an 8-iron while I was hitting it
  • Slightly longer but unfamiliar irons have a lower meet rate (mainly PW, AW, 9i, and FW)
  • Practice with all clubs, even if they are slightly different lengths

Tendency to Hit to the Right

f:id:CLARDSATO:20210312115004j:plain

OMG!!OMG!! It went straight into the forest ( ゚Д゚)

It happened frequently even during recent practice, but sometimes it “flew to the right and warped” .

This problem was solved by Dr. Nakamura at the beginning of the year, but it recurred from around February(-_-;)

Why is this happening…(*´Д`)

When I looked back at my swing a little slowly, the problem was noticeable ☟

f:id:CLARDSATO:20210312115727j:plain

The face is open at the time of impactーー(-_-;)

That’s going to the right(;'∀')

I’m convinced!

In the future, we will improve perfectly by

“pulling enough from the waist, turning and not neglecting the palm flexion consciousness of the left hand”.

Fade that Can Not be Done Yet

f:id:CLARDSATO:20210312120154j:plain

Fade is still difficult for me!

When I changed the grip the day before the teacher-student showdown and played the difference in the ball muscles, I found out “Fade ball”.

But my ball is a draw. I felt uncomfortable with the ball that was turning in the opposite direction, but I thought I understood how to grip and swing.

And as a result of actually trying it during the round, I flew into the woods wonderfully(;'∀')

From now on, " I will input it on YouTube and just hit it in the practice area to get a feel for it."

There is a Slight Duff

f:id:CLARDSATO:20210312120807j:plain

I’ve hit earth!

There was also a valley crossing course in this course.

I have never seen such a course for the third round history! I was a little scared(*´з`)

Perhaps because of that mindset, the ball disappeared into the valley from the first shot …

f:id:CLARDSATO:20210312121114j:plain

Perhaps because of the tension and anxiety of the first shot, Duff is straight to the valley …

<Result>

  • I didn’t feel like I was in the second hole …
  • After that, the duffing distance was sometimes insufficient.

<Discussion>

  • Affects mind due to lack of self-confidence → adversely affects the ball
  • In the first place, there is no knowledge of the causal relationship that is duffing, so no improvement measures can be found → Early investigation

If you duff over a valley or in a short hole with a steep slope and hit it under extremely bad conditions due to lack of distance, you will lose a considerable amount of escape.

This also gave me an opportunity to think about countermeasures by experiencing it, so I will investigate a little about duffing. Even golf beginners often hit the ground even in the driving range (*‘∀‘)

<Summary>

f:id:CLARDSATO:20210312121937j:plain

I enjoyed the putter enough☆

Although it was a teacher-student showdown, the content was mostly round lessons, so I had a lot of experience and learning.

As I said in part 1, many people will be on site to improve!

(Must be accompanied by a person who is good at teaching golf, or perhaps, a professional)

Even if you go between amateurs, it’s just a matter of trial and error, and it’s really a waste of time.

f:id:CLARDSATO:20210312122311j:plain

He teaches me how to think.

I will focus on overcoming challenges and practicing middle irons until next month.(^_-)-☆
