However, isn’t it boring because of all the hard work in the agricultural part-time job? ?? You can’t do it unless you’re a man, right? It’s easy to think that

Any work will be fun depending on how the work is perceived.
And even women can do farming part-time jobs, and they exist!

I think that the motivation of the person is important before the problem of employment form.

In the agricultural work, the work process differs considerably depending on the item, but our farm mainly handles carrots ★
First of all, for harvesting, we will dig by hand for about half a day to create a space for the excavation machine to enter. Since this machine digs up the basic carrots, we humans only move the basket!
(This basket weighs about 20 kg, so this requires physical strength!)
After that, load it on a light truck and take it home☟
From there, I'll throw the whole thing into this washing machine!
From there, it is automatically washed with water and the skin is peeled off☟

After being lightly bathed again, they will be sorted toward the conveyor belt ☟
By the way, all the washing machines and sorting machines introduced are made to order, so it costs a lot of money! And, it is a farmer who visits customers from all over the country to inspect this efficient integrated machine(*´▽｀*)
Sorting Work That Does Not Require Physical Strength
It's about the size of a human face!
I was surprised to work in the field for the first time,
"Are carrots have to be so big ?!"
Some are even about the size of a 2L PET bottle!

S size, which is about the size of a palm, and SS size, which is smaller than that, are easy to cook because they can be cooked immediately, so go to a bento processing plant or processing plant.
